I am obsessed with the sleeves and the flattering tie around the waist. Overall 10/10 for this top! It also comes in a really pretty fall floral that I also LOVE!!

This has got to be one of my absolute favorite outfits ever. The sparkle and the glamorous fur is so wearable. This is a perfect look for the holidays, but is also so easy to wear throughout the rest of winter. These pants are so comfy and the amount of sparkle is perfect!

I just purchased this new lip color and I think that it is also a new favorite.

Classic black white and red looks will never go out of style. I fell in love with this classic white skirt the second I saw it. I think it looks like such an expensive piece, the fabric is so nice and it is only $25!! This just proves that you can have amazing, timeless pieces without breaking the bank.
This Black Pussy Bow top is one versatile piece that I think everyone should have in their closet. It is perfect for work, for a party or going out paired with your favorite mini skirt. You see this top everywhere; Chanel has it, Dolce has it....I found a super cute one for under $100 but I have also seen this top at Target!

I hope you all had a great weekend! Dave was in Chicago for an interview so I went there Friday night for dinner with his family. We poured over photos from his parents most recent state park trip to the badlands. They visit a state park every year and are trying to check each off their list. This is totally something Dave and I would love to do! We are thinking Alaska or Canada next summer for a fun adventure!

Sometimes my favorite outfits are the most simple. I love jeans paired with a great white top. I love this one because of the deep v-neck. ALSO. These new leopard heels are AMAZING.

Six Lipsticks every girl should own

I am an absolute lipstick junkie. I love the power lipstick has over your look, how it can brighten your complexion and add an entirely new element to your look. It is my absolute favorite accessory and one I rarely go a day without wearing. 

The Classic color every girl should own;

I live for a classic red lip. I would wear it everyday and even to the gym if I could. I'm obsessed. I have two favorite reds at very different price points. I love my +MAC Cosmetics Ruby woo for a matte finish, the color is bold and you get a retro look that stays in place. What I don't like about matte lipsticks in general is that they do not glide on, it doesn't feel great to run this lipstick over your lips. BUT we do it for the look. My favorite and only drug store lipstick I have ever fallen for is this +COVERGIRL red, I own three tubes because I can never be without it. It is the perfect red for my skin tone, looks great with blue eyes and I swear it makes my teeth look pearly white. 

 The Fun color every girl should own;

 For a bright party look I absolutely love Mac Impassioned, its a bright coral that is an instant mood lifter. I wear this most weekends!

 The Girly Color every girl should own;

MACS Pink Nouveau is pretty close to Barbie Pink and looks amazing with a smokey eye. This is a basic pink you should have in your collection

The Bold Color every girl should own;

A bold lip is all the rage right now and everyone should try it. Le Fuchsia is a super bright and bold pink and I personally love the formula of +Yves Saint Laurent lipsticks. They are so smooth, moisturizing and SUPER pigmented.

 The Carefree color every girl should own;

I am so so so crazy about this lipcolor. It reminds me of a balm, gloss, lipstick in one. It is not that long lasting but is super easy to reapply. No mirror needed. I always have this color in my bag because it is easy to throw on while out and about running errands. The best part is the taste/smell of this one.....Its OH so amazing!

Blog posts may be a bit spotty for the next week. I just moved into my new apartment and we still don't have internet! Ill post pictures of the apartment soon, its so cute!

I love wearing all black, it makes me feel so put together and it always a great go to  when you don't know what to wear. I think that this top is a great little black top to have on hand in your closet. I love it with this skirt that I have told you guys about before, but I will also love it paired with high waisted dark denim and sky high heels for the weekend! I will also be pairing it with my fave red lip!

Happy Monday Everyone!
I am starting this week super motivated and ready to take on the world. :) :) I attended Simply Stylist this weekend which is a blogging/fashion/beauty conference that allows you to network with others in the business. Catt Sadler from E-news hosted and I met some pretty fabulous blogging ladies. I love seeing smart women come together going for their dreams and making things happen. It's pretty amazing. 

I wore this super cute two piece set and DID NOT want to take it off. I love wearing all white, it is so classic and crisp! You can also change the look so much depending on how you accessorize. I chose to stay with gold accessories and a classic red lip.

I've been back from Spain for about five days now and its honestly been the hardest thing ever. Starting with the jet lag, I can't seem to make it past 8pm and then I am wide awake at 5am! I've been in Arizona this weekend with my boyfriend so I'm hoping that I caught up on a little bit of sleep! It has also been hard leaving Spain because I left my best friend there....so far away from me. Spending a whole week with her reminded me how much I love being with her every single day doing everything with her even the little mundane things with her. She's my soul mate of a best friend.

Can you all help me convince her to move back to America? (Dani you can come too!) Also this trip was so different from how I have experienced Euope on my last trip. It was so fun to walk around with a local and not have to look at a map! 

      The classic red white and black combination is something I will never get sick of. Black and white always works and I pair a red lip with just about everything I can. I love love love this skirt I bought from Nordstrom this fall and I've linked an almost indenical one that is at Macys right now. This crop top is super cute with this skirt but I also wore it with high waisted black jeans. Its super versatile and its white which is one of my favorite colors to wear for spring summer.
