I am sharing all of my favorite lip stick colors because they are all 15% right now!! 

For the pinks; I wear impassioned the most of theese three colors, it is such a fun bright shade that is flattering on so many skin tones.

The plums are the colors I wear the most during the week, craving and plumful are my staples and I aways have one of these on me!

Red is my favorite color lipstick to wear, it is such a classic color and I love the statement it can make. My favorite colors from MAC are All Fired Up and Ruby Woo!

Fair Isle Fun

We had our first snowfall on Sunday and now I cannot stop wearing cozy sweaters! I love the pop of color in this fair isle sweater! Did you all watch the Victoria Secret Fashion show last night...everything was so amazing!! I love all the long line bras and barrettes...they are beyond gorgeous! YAY, I have been waiting for this sweater to come back online for so long now. I went to Europe two summers ago and wore a sweater just like this over a gingham top. It was one of my favorite outfits and I was so sad when I spilled red wine all over the front of my sweater. This one is back online and is on sale for $44 today!

WHOA. BRIGHT. Sorry about this...I just got a new lens for my camera and clearly when we shot these I was still getting used to it. Tomorrows pictures are better! We couldn't have retaken these anyway because we were literally melting in the sun. I got in the longest line ever at Ben & Jerrys right after this. I seriously get anxiety at ice cream places. I cannot make a decision to save my life. I got one scoop of strawberry and one scoop of cookies and cream...because those go together right? 

Anyway...this chambray dress is one of the items in my closet that I always grab. First of all I love the color...but it is also so easy to change up with lip stick or different color shoes...a scarf..anything!

Six Lipsticks every girl should own

I am an absolute lipstick junkie. I love the power lipstick has over your look, how it can brighten your complexion and add an entirely new element to your look. It is my absolute favorite accessory and one I rarely go a day without wearing. 

The Classic color every girl should own;

I live for a classic red lip. I would wear it everyday and even to the gym if I could. I'm obsessed. I have two favorite reds at very different price points. I love my +MAC Cosmetics Ruby woo for a matte finish, the color is bold and you get a retro look that stays in place. What I don't like about matte lipsticks in general is that they do not glide on, it doesn't feel great to run this lipstick over your lips. BUT we do it for the look. My favorite and only drug store lipstick I have ever fallen for is this +COVERGIRL red, I own three tubes because I can never be without it. It is the perfect red for my skin tone, looks great with blue eyes and I swear it makes my teeth look pearly white. 

 The Fun color every girl should own;

 For a bright party look I absolutely love Mac Impassioned, its a bright coral that is an instant mood lifter. I wear this most weekends!

 The Girly Color every girl should own;

MACS Pink Nouveau is pretty close to Barbie Pink and looks amazing with a smokey eye. This is a basic pink you should have in your collection

The Bold Color every girl should own;

A bold lip is all the rage right now and everyone should try it. Le Fuchsia is a super bright and bold pink and I personally love the formula of +Yves Saint Laurent lipsticks. They are so smooth, moisturizing and SUPER pigmented.

 The Carefree color every girl should own;

I am so so so crazy about this lipcolor. It reminds me of a balm, gloss, lipstick in one. It is not that long lasting but is super easy to reapply. No mirror needed. I always have this color in my bag because it is easy to throw on while out and about running errands. The best part is the taste/smell of this one.....Its OH so amazing!

I wore this outfit this weekend while apartment hunting in Milwaukee. What I have learned from this process is that you really need to have a checklist. I went into my first apartment...it was brand new and it looked SO beautiful. uhm... I honestly probably would have signed a lease right then and there. Twenty minutes outside of the building I realized how many flaws the building had and how just straight up bizarre the layout was. I am seeing some more apartments next week and I will be more prepared. As in I will have a checklist of everything I absolutely need to have and things to be on the look out for. I also made a budget on youcandealwithit.com hahah! I am so crazy you guys. The amount of things I google in a given day are just embarrassing. But this budget thing was great, I was able to fill in everything and see exactly how much I could afford in my new apartment and know exactly how much I will have left over. I am such an information seeker so having a clear idea of what my financial state will be makes me feel so amazingggggggg! OUU ouu ouu ALSO...I just bought a bed...well a headboard but I'm in LOVE!! check it out, is GOLD!

I have worn this outfit twice in a week period. It was in a different state each time so thats okay right?! I am in love with these comfy comfy pants, the colors are so bright...like neon IRL! I wore this last night for my dads birthday. I literally bought ten birthday cards at the store this weekend....I swear everyone in my family has a May birthday!! This weekend we are celebrating my niece Ruby's first birthday...can't even believe she is ONE! time flies.

OMGOSH. sorry sometimes linking things up with +Forever 21  is an absolute nightmare....this dress has been correctly linked about four times...idk what keeps happening. This dress is the southwestern layered dress...it came in two colors and was $15.

I LOVE the colors in this maxi, they are so bright and fun. AND its only $15!!!! Im on vacation with my family in Florida right now and its so hot...even for this maxi! Were staying at a Disney Resort that is in walking distance to downtown disney and we are having a blast walking over there every night trying the restaurants and getting Margartitas from our favorite place Dockside Margaritas...I get the Habanero one its ahmaahhzing. 

Black Jumpsuit

I have been looking for the perfect jumpsuit for a long time. I have always liked the idea of getting one in black because it's slimming which I felt was important in this particular silhouette. I also love the deeper v on this one. I paired it with black sandals and then added pops of color in my lipstick and my clutch. It was perfect for going out to dinner on Saturday!

Gray Leather Jacket

I've been coveting all the cute leather jackets I have been seeing out in pretty pastels and lighter spring colors. I love this particular gray one for under $30, its great for now with jeans and long sleeves but will also be great for warmer spring days with a dress and booties. Also, if you're going to buy one lipstick going into spring I would really suggest this one! It looks good on so many skin tones and will be fabulous with all the spring colors!
