I love easy dresses for the winter time. Sometimes it is too much to think of a whole outfit in the morning and I simply want to throw on a comfy dress and some tights and call it a day. I am in love with this super soft keyhole skater dress. It is so comfortable and the colors is also gorgeous!

Holiday Shine

I wore this skirt to my holiday work party this past Friday and it was the perfect festive touch to be celebrating with collegues who really feel more like friends. We went to Coopers Hawk this year and had some wine and just about every appetizer on the menu! If you guys have followed my blog for awhile you know that I have a slight obsession with bubbly....Well I tried the Prosecco at Coopers Hawk for the first time and it is super yummy! I totally approve! :) 

You cannot really tell from these photos but the skirt has more of a shimmer and sparkle in person. It is perfect for NYE or for any holiday parties you may have coming up! ( I am wearing a size 2, but could also have worn a 4! )

HAPPY SEPTEMBER!!

This dress is one of my favorite articles of clothing I have ever owned. My mind often drifts off to potential outfits and sometimes I REALLY fall in love with my ideas. I love this entire outfit from head to toe and loved putting it together. This is a complete outfit to me because it has so many components...so much personality. Just like me!

P.S: This dress is going to be on repeat going into fall with opaque black tights.

I'm crazy about Gingham. I have worn my gingham check button down to death! Dave and I went to bruch on Sunday and on our way back to my apartment I spied this top in the window at Anthro.

Black & White Striped Date Night Tank

This is the perfect date night top! It is so comfy but the cut out is just so fun! I found that you need to add a heavier/longer pendant necklace to make sure the top stays in place so your strapless bra doesn't show. This +Kendra Scott Jewelry Necklace is my favorite, I wear it at least once a week EVERY SINGLE week. It's a staple in my wardrobe.

Dave was in Milwaukee this weekend after being in DC all last week for interviews. It was so nice to have a weekend together. We explored Milwaukee, walked along the lake and tried lots of new restaurants! I have a short week coming up and am heading to Northern Wisconsin to my family's lake home for the weekend. I am so excited to see my nieces, do some water-skiing and just be on the water!

I am so excited to share with you this dress because I absolutely love it! It is so soft and comfy, the swing dress is so flattering, and the stripes are just adorable. I could live in this dress for the rest of the summer. I definitely just purchased it in black as well because it's 25% off today from +Old Navy !

You could dress it down with some perforated leather loafers (I love these & these) for another super cute look!
