I've struggled with how to wear these cute scarves for a couple seasons now. I always felt like I looked too much like a flight attendant! My cousin Emma wore hers with a sweater like this one and I felt totally inspired! I am IN LOVE with the colors in this striped silk bandana and love how it pops against the mustard yellow. Mustard is such a fall color to me...It's bright and cheery and just so festive. I have linked several sweaters below that I just adore.

I had so much fun decorating for christmas, and it was even better because of the huge snowfall we received. I love having snow on Christmas! This outfit is the perfect casual christmas outfit while still being festive. These new cords are so soft and comfy and look so great with pops of red for the holidays. I had so much fun at my office party last night. We all went to Coppers Hawk and ordered just about every appetizer on the menu, we did a holiday themed ice breaker and then did our gift exchange. Both the ice breaker and the gift exchange were a great way to get to know your colleagues better. The ice breaker was holiday themed…favorite christmas movie, favorite childhood toy, what you are doing at midnight on christmas eve…etc. These were just fun questions and help you get a glimpse of people outside of work! It would also be so fun to do this with family members!

Our gift exchange was also super fun because everyone brought their favorite thing wrapped up…and we then had to guess who each item was from. So fun to see peoples personalities show up in their gifting!!

I hope you all have a fabulous weekend, I know I will be super busy preparing for the holidays. It's my favorite time of the year…P.S only two weekends left to shop!

I've been wearing a whole lot of red white and blue on the blog this week in anticipation for this upcoming weekend. This blue dress would look so cute with a red lip and white sandals! I am spending the weekend between Chicago & Wisconsin and can't wait to see so many family and friends. I have a half day on Thursday and Friday off which gets me SO excited for weekend festivities.
