YAY! It's Friday! I am moving into my new apartment this weekend and I am so excited!!! Follow along on snap chat; cait christy! I have the worst cold ever right now and I have literally hardly packed one thing. I have been coming home from work so exhausted. Taking lots of emergenC today to help me prepare for the weekend!!

I've been wearing a whole lot of red white and blue on the blog this week in anticipation for this upcoming weekend. This blue dress would look so cute with a red lip and white sandals! I am spending the weekend between Chicago & Wisconsin and can't wait to see so many family and friends. I have a half day on Thursday and Friday off which gets me SO excited for weekend festivities. I was reading in some magazine last week that wearing bright colors in the winter instantly gives you a boost. I guess it might be true because color just always makes me happy. This cocoon sweater is totally going to be on repeat, it has so many bright colors in it, and is so comfy! It caught my eye immediately at Francescas and of course there were a million pieces of jewelry that completed the outfit perfectly...love that store. Also these sunnies look an awful lot like the Prada Sunnies I've been drooling over...EXCPET THEY ARE UNDER $15. Sorry Prada, maybe next time. ;)

I'm in Minneapolis for the weekend visiting my sister and her family for her Birthday.
Happy Birthday weekend Chessa!! (doesn't she have the prettiest name?? How did I get one of the most common names...like ever?)
My mom and I drove together and listened to the Serial podcast the entire way there (five hours..ouch) It's so addicting which makes it perfect for a road trip. I urge you to download it...now. :)
How do you guys get through a road trip? Audiobooks have always been my saving grace.
