Black Tie Engagement Photos

Dress; Stephanie D Couture Similar here & here  Lipstick; Le Rouge
Davis Suit; Hugo Boss (very similar)  Belt; Ted Baker Shoes; Cole Haan

I seriously cannot get enough of these photos... DAVE LOOKS SO GOOD! :) Really, though Alyssa Keel of Prism Photography is absolutely amazing. She has taken so many of my blog pictures and it was so much fun to work with her on our fancy shmancy engagement shoot! She is so incredibly talented...if anyone has photography needs, run don't walk...she is incredible.
Unfortunately Alyssa is booked for our wedding date and we tried over a year in advance so I'm very serious in my urgent public service announcement to all you brides! ;)
I also have to give a major shoutout to Krista from Weddings with a Twist. She is a phenomenal wedding planner who completely transformed this rooftop into the most romantic and dreamy place!

I cannot wait to frame these photos and cherish them forever. I also cannot wait to marry this hunk of a man in 301 days!

Flattering Wrap Dress

Dress (love this print too) // Heels // Handbag; (similar) // Lipstick; Le Rouge //

Wrap dresses are one of my personal favorite types of dresses to wear because of the way they emphasize your waist. I love this one because of the unique high low and how easy it is to use a pop of yellow!

White Lace Romper

White Lace Romper // Neutral Wedges (DV from Target not online similar here) // White Clutch (Similar and to DIE for) // Red Lipstick; Le Rouge // Cluster Stud Earrings

There is always that one piece that you fall in love with every single season. This has got to be the item for my summer wardrobe....I would wear it out every single weekend if I could! I love the eyelash lace, the contrast of the lace with the lining and I love the wrap front!! It would be such a fun outfit for a bachelorette party!

The maxi dress you need in your life

Maxi // Heels // Spike Necklace (similar) // Tassel Handbag super similar herehere // Lipstick; All Fired Up

I am so in love with this maxi it's not even funny. It is the perfect effortless maxi for dressy nights or casual days. I wore it in Milan with these heels and again in Capri with flip flops…again on the streets of Milwaukee in front of my favorite wine bar! This place is so much fun…the wine is fantastic but they also have yummy food like gourmet hot dogs. :) :)
I also love these heels, they are the perfect neutral color to wear with so many of my summer dresses and you cannot possibly beat the price!

I love everything about this dress; the color, the cutouts, the lace pattern. It is such a fun summer dress that you can dress up or down. I wore this dress on the Island Of Capri to dinner and got so many compliments…it definitely makes a statement!

Sweater Poncho

Sweater // Top // Denim // Booties (so similar) // Bag (similar) // Lipcolor: Matte Plum

Note to self. Taking pictures by the lake, however beautiful is VERY windy. One of my favorite places in Milwaukee is along the lakefront. The water is so beautiful! If I could choose to live anywhere in the world it would be by some body of water, it is so peaceful and calming.

This sweater is so so so cozy! I added pops of burgundy because I crave color in every single outfit I wear. Red is my favorite choice of a color pop or fall/holiday season.

70's, suede, and scallops

I am loving the 70's trend. It reminds me of pouring over pictures of my mom during her college days. She had the most beautiful long red hair and just pulled over the 70's look so well. I was channeling my college aged fashionista mother when I put this outfit together. I love love love the scallop trim on this skirt, however...beware it does run short. Also be aware I am almost 5'8 so most things are short on me! This blouse is the perfect way to incorporate the 70's trend into your wardrobe, it is feminine with the bow and the colors are perfect for fall! This outfit will be so easy to wear with tights and boots as the temperatures keep dropping!
