One of my favorite parts of the holidays are getting new festive pajamas! This year we are headed somewhere warm the week before christmas so I bought these with the flamingos or palm trees!!

I love to have an array of comfy dresses in my closet. That go-to comfy thing you can always throw on... I love this dress from +Forever 21 because it is such a great basic to build an outfit upon. I threw on this vest for some texture and this fun necklace to complete the look. This dress actually comes in FOUR colors I just realized....I am definitely going to order the gray because when its $10.90...why not?

OMGOSH. sorry sometimes linking things up with +Forever 21  is an absolute nightmare....this dress has been correctly linked about four times...idk what keeps happening. This dress is the southwestern layered dress...it came in two colors and was $15.

I LOVE the colors in this maxi, they are so bright and fun. AND its only $15!!!! Im on vacation with my family in Florida right now and its so hot...even for this maxi! Were staying at a Disney Resort that is in walking distance to downtown disney and we are having a blast walking over there every night trying the restaurants and getting Margartitas from our favorite place Dockside Margaritas...I get the Habanero one its ahmaahhzing.

I have been looking for the perfect jumpsuit for a long time. I have always liked the idea of getting one in black because it's slimming which I felt was important in this particular silhouette. I also love the deeper v on this one. I paired it with black sandals and then added pops of color in my lipstick and my clutch. It was perfect for going out to dinner on Saturday!

So maybe this dress looks familiar...that's because I also own it in gray. AH I'm so crazy I know but I loved it so much in gray and I just decided that it would be the perfect little black dress for summer. 

It can be dressed up or down so easily. I made it more casual here with chunky wedges, and this boat hat that i'm OBSESSED with! These wedges are also still on sale with code FRIENDS! 

These earrings came in my Rocksbox this month and I fell in love with them immediately, they are so fun. You can still get a month for free with code 'loveyourfatexoxo' but only for a couple more days so if you still want to, do it soon!

Bright Florals

I picked up this shirt at Forever 21 and walked around with it in my arms for the rest of my shopping trip, during that time...get this...THREE people (including the check out lady) asked where I found the shirt. I guess everyone loved it as much as I do! The floral is such a pretty contrast against the black. This lipstick is also my one of my favorites because it smells so AMAZING. For all of you who are not the biggest fan of lipstick or are just searching for a good summer color/gloss/stick this is definitely one you should try! It is really light and feels amazing on your lips, not as heavy as some normal lipsticks!

April Showers bring Kimono Flowers

I wore this out to dinner and then out with friends on Friday night. It was SO warm in Chicago on Friday!! I loved being able to be able to walk to dinner and then sit on the rooftop after! This was the perfect outfit for the night. I love kimonos or really any boho look because it allows me to just pile on the jewelry. I got this new bracelet from Forever 21 and I think I wore it with everything this weekend! These sunnies are also new and are under $6!!!

I got to see my friend from Nashville on Friday night also and it just seems like we never have enough time to catch up. I could talk to that girl for 10 days straight and we would still have things to talk about!! 

ohhhh also...Dave and I tried Jelly Fish for sushi and it was SO crazy good!! I actually hadn't seen Dave since I got the news about my new job so of course we had to celebrate with Sushi. my fave!!!

Lace Kimono

Layers are a springtime essential with the varying temperatures. Kimonos are a favorite piece of mine to layer with because they are flowy, so comfortable and can be paired with so much! I love this +Forever 21 lace one because you can put it over anything, which is great for all my printed tanks! I don't know why I am having such a hard time linking it up for you but if you are looking for it it is the 'floral lace dolman cardigan'.

Colorful Shirt Dress

Oh my goodness was it windy when we took these pictures. I have to be really carful when I am buying dresses because they tend to get so short on me...this dress is definitely short and the wind was NOT helping my situation. I'm almost 5'8 and this dress is a little shorter than I usually would like....just so you know if you are looking to buy, a medium might have fit me a little better. I love this dress though because of the print and the bright colors, its perfect for a warm spring day but will also take you through the summer. 

In other news, I have started Kayla Itsines training program and I am SO sore right now...like I had to bend down to get tomatoes at the grocery store and I almost couldn't get back up. I have just done the legs workout so far, next is arms & abs and then on Friday I will do a full body workout. So by the looks of things I am anticipating not being able get out of bed Saturday morning! :) ha! My Gaiam foam roller is literally my best friend right now on my sore sore muscles. If you have tried Kaylas program let me know if you were this sore or if I am just that out of shape! hahah!
