WHOA. BRIGHT. Sorry about this...I just got a new lens for my camera and clearly when we shot these I was still getting used to it. Tomorrows pictures are better! We couldn't have retaken these anyway because we were literally melting in the sun. I got in the longest line ever at Ben & Jerrys right after this. I seriously get anxiety at ice cream places. I cannot make a decision to save my life. I got one scoop of strawberry and one scoop of cookies and cream...because those go together right? 

Anyway...this chambray dress is one of the items in my closet that I always grab. First of all I love the color...but it is also so easy to change up with lip stick or different color shoes...a scarf..anything!

I wore this out to dinner and then out with friends on Friday night. It was SO warm in Chicago on Friday!! I loved being able to be able to walk to dinner and then sit on the rooftop after! This was the perfect outfit for the night. I love kimonos or really any boho look because it allows me to just pile on the jewelry. I got this new bracelet from Forever 21 and I think I wore it with everything this weekend! These sunnies are also new and are under $6!!!

I got to see my friend from Nashville on Friday night also and it just seems like we never have enough time to catch up. I could talk to that girl for 10 days straight and we would still have things to talk about!! 

ohhhh also...Dave and I tried Jelly Fish for sushi and it was SO crazy good!! I actually hadn't seen Dave since I got the news about my new job so of course we had to celebrate with Sushi. my fave!!!

I'm sure you have all heard of the boyfriend jean as they have been around for quite awhile but what is newer to the game is the "girlfriend" jean....which is just a little more fitted than the boyfriend. I picked up this pair from Mainstream Boutique but they are also available at +Nordstrom  and I linked them there for you! They are my favorite jeans right now and they are only $54! I'm also loving this new lip butter gloss that I picked up at +ultabeauty ... it is so crazy pigmented for a gloss!
