I've been back from Spain for about five days now and its honestly been the hardest thing ever. Starting with the jet lag, I can't seem to make it past 8pm and then I am wide awake at 5am! I've been in Arizona this weekend with my boyfriend so I'm hoping that I caught up on a little bit of sleep! It has also been hard leaving Spain because I left my best friend there....so far away from me. Spending a whole week with her reminded me how much I love being with her every single day doing everything with her even the little mundane things with her. She's my soul mate of a best friend.

Can you all help me convince her to move back to America? (Dani you can come too!) Also this trip was so different from how I have experienced Euope on my last trip. It was so fun to walk around with a local and not have to look at a map! 

      The classic red white and black combination is something I will never get sick of. Black and white always works and I pair a red lip with just about everything I can. I love love love this skirt I bought from Nordstrom this fall and I've linked an almost indenical one that is at Macys right now. This crop top is super cute with this skirt but I also wore it with high waisted black jeans. Its super versatile and its white which is one of my favorite colors to wear for spring summer.

Flamenco

These are pictures from what I think may have been one of the best experiences of my life. My best friend and her good friend Rocio decided they were going to dress me up in Flamenco! Rocio is the absolute sweetest for taking time to do this with me...I just love her.

 She brought three dresses and it was so incredibly hard to decide which one to wear. I've never worn anything like this and it was such an amazing experience to have. Lauren is in the process of designing her dress for Feria in April. I am so jealous, that is something I would love to do! 

These pictures were exactly what I needed to post on the blog today because I am missing Spain and Lauren so incredibly much already. The entire trip was perfect, I loved everyone I met and everything I saw. I can't wait to visit again.

Real Alcázar

Its been an amazing first  first weekend in Sevilla, I have already seen so much and fallen in love with the charm of this city. On my first day we visited the Cathedral and the Real Alcázar. These gardens at the Real Alcázar were so incredibly beautiful I could have stayed there all day. Also.... +Game of Thrones  was filmed here....this is Dorne! It was amazing!!

I wore this super comfy outfit that was perfect for walking around but also looked so cute.  I love all the prints I have seen in this style pant this spring, but I love that this pair is a easy print to pair with any top, especially color for spring!

 I bought these wedges so incredibly long ago and have just been waiting for an opportunity to wear them. I am obsessed, they are definitely my favorite purchase so far this spring.

That's a wrap

I'm writing this post while currently sitting in a VIP lounge at the airport in Madrid. My flight out of Chicago was super delayed and therefore I missed my connecting flight in Madrid to Sevilla...which means I'm sitting her waiting until my 5pm flight. Once I arrived here at the airport they had a new ticket already waiting for me for me which was fabulous seeing as my spanish is very very minimal. I am so greatful everything went smoothly and that all I have to do is wait!  I found wifi and coffee stat and used this valuable time to get some work done because I know once I see Lauren and get to Sevilla I am going to want to spend less time blogging and more time exploring, catching up and laughing (I'm always laughing with this girl)!

Outfit details: I wore this cropped wrap top on my birthday and I have officially decided I love it paired with these high waisted J.Brand jeans. This combo makes my legs look so long... YAY! :) My sweet sister and baby nieces gave me this necklace for my birthday, I already have claimed it as my new staple. Obsessed with Kendra Scott!!!!
