I don't know about you but the fact that Victoria Secret no longer sells swimwear was a huge inconvenience to my yearly swim haul!!! I have been shopping around however, and have found a new really fun place called Romwe to get fashion forward and affordable swimwear.

I have a bachelorette party for one of my best friends coming up in June and I have already started thinking of the swimwear I want for the trip. I had to have this red top with the floral bottom but I am also in love with this one, this off the shoulder suit and this amazing one piece! They also have amazing accessories for the beach like this towel that is SO PERFECT for Instagram pics ladies!

Last week I was in Florida with my family for a week in the sun before my official move to Chicago and start date at my new job. It was so nice to relax and de-stress after a long month of moving, and getting a new job. I am now settled into three days of my new work week and so far everything is really great. 

It has been constant cloud cover since I flew into Chicago on Sunday so these sunny blog photos from last week are really making me miss that Florida sunshine! I live in a high rise in Chicago and have not been able to see out my window since sunday because it is so cloudy/foggy! I am hoping for a sun filled weekend to make up for it! :) 

I wore these shorts for almost half of my trip in florida, they pair so well with so many fun summy tops and my personal favorite is denim paired with a white top. I think that it always looks so fresh and summery! These heels are also a closet staple for spring/summer and are currently on sale!!

I love the month of February for so many reasons. I love Valentines day and the celebration of love. Love in all forms...I buy a card for almost everyone I know and could honestly spend hours in the card section at Target. I may or may not have teared up in the Target card aisle a time or two in my life. What can I say..I am absolutely the most sentimental shmuck and I love Valentines Day!

I am sending Dave a sweet card and these in a cute little package. I hope he loves them because I heard they are amazing! I also think that +Harry's Razors make great gifts, as well as the tried and true staple...cologne. Another great gift for valentines day would be to head away for a fun weekend with your love and pack them a new duffle like this one!

I rounded up some cute things I automatically think of when it comes to Valentines Day...cute jammies, bubble bath, lipstick! But honestly when it comes to gifts that I love to receive on Valentines day it is not so much the material things...my absolute favorite thing to do is have an extra long dinner with Dave. A bottle of wine and even dessert so that we can talk for hours.
